Photos linking senators Villanueva, Jinggoy Estrada to DPWH kickbacks scheme shown at House hearing

Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan assistant district engineer Brice Ericson Hernandez and his assistant JP Mendoza showed photos and screenshots of conversations that supposedly prove senators Joel Villanueva and Jinggoy Estrada’s involvement in the public works kickback scandal.

Numerous photos, presented during the House infra committee hearing on Tuesday, September 9, show the following:

* alleged SMS and Viber conversations between Villanueva and Alcantara, with the former asking for additional multi-purpose buildings in Bulacan
* Estrada and Alcantara posing together in public events
* wads of cash that are supposedly for delivery to politicians
