Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corporation President Sarah Discaya, accused of amassing wealth through DPWH contracts as seen from a viral video interview, broke her silence for the first time during the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on Monday (September 1).
In her testimony, Discaya said she has been in the construction business for 23 years. She also said her viral video was spliced to appear that she only became rich when her company started working with the DPWH, although she has contracts with local governments.
