Pagbobotohan ng Senado bilang impeachment court ang hatol ng Korte Suprema na labag sa one-year ban na itinakda ng saligang batas ang articles of impeachment laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte. Nanawagan naman ang Palasyo na igalang ang hatol ng kataas-taasang hukuman.
