WATCH: The Office of the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms (OSSA) on Thursday, September 18, escorted former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) officials to the Upper Chamber’s detention room after the Blue Ribbon Committee cited them in contempt for providing false information during the flood control probe.

The detained individuals were:
*former DPWH Bulacan 1st District Assistant Engineer Brice Hernandez
*DPWH-Bulacan District Engineer Henry Alcantara
*DPWH-Bulacan Officer-in-Charge 1st District Engineering Office Jaypee Mendoza

Also detained was Pacifico Discaya of St. Gerrard Construction, one of the contractors in the projects under question. – Asher Cadapan Jr., UNTV News
