Nagbayanihan sa paglilinis ng kalsada ang ilang mga residente sa Baseco, Maynila nitong Lunes ng umaga (Nobyembre 10) matapos tangayin ang mga buhangin at bato mula sa Manila Bay sa magdamagang pananalasa ng super bagyong #UwanPH simula Linggo ng gabi.
Samantala, binisita ni Mayor Isko Moreno ang mga evacuation center sa Baseco at Delpan nitong Lunes at tiniyak na walang naitalang casualty sa lungsod. Ayon sa ulat, umabot sa 3,375 pamilya o mahigit 10,000 indibidwal ang lumikas sa Maynila dahil sa pananalasa ng Bagyong Uwan.
