Noong February 5, 2025, inaprubahan ng House of Representatives ang impeachment laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte dahil sa mabibigat na alegasyon.

Ngunit noong July 25, 2025, idineklara ng Korte Suprema na unconstitutional ang reklamong impeachment.

Sa kasalukuyan, nakabinbin pa sa Supreme Court ang motion for reconsideration ng Kamara kaugnay ng naturang desisyon.
