1. New motorcycle registration – 5 days
2. 20 days registration of new owner to transfer to new owner name

HPG Clearance
1. Go to the nearest HPG satelite office in your area
2. Fill up the form given by HPG
3. Photocopy all requirements for HPG clearance – 3 sets
4. Pay the HPG clearance in any Landbank
5. Prepare your motorcycle for stencil procedure
6. Picture taking with stencil and HPG oersonnel
7. Wait for the release of your clearance

1. Original Certificate of registration
2. Original Official receipt from LTO
3. Original deed of sale – notatized
4. Motorcycle TPL Insurance certificate
5. Motorcycle emision test result
6. Stencil/Inspection result (HPG)

Validity of HPG Clearance – 5 working days

na requirements katulad ng Insurance at iba pa bago pumunta
sa HPG

sa LTO
1. Pumunta sa pinaka malapit na LTO branch
2. Submit laat ng mga requirements sa LTO
3. Prepare your motorcycle for stencil inspection
4. Pay to the cashier window
5. Wait for the release of new OR CR
Reminder:
Ang pag kuha ng stencil ng HPG ay tatanggalin ang pintura para
malinaw ang pag kopya
Kung sakaling puro gasgas o medyo malabo na ang pagka stencil.
