Tropical Storm Fengshen (Ramil) has triggered severe flooding in the Philippines, especially in Roxas City and Calbayog City, displacing thousands of residents.
At least 31 barangays were submerged, with 830 families (2,773 people) evacuated and two confirmed deaths.
Since Saturday, more than 47,000 people have fled their homes as continuous rainfall and strong winds batter the region.
Authorities and rescue teams remain on high alert, with PAGASA warning of more rain in the coming days.
