Isang malaking PROTESTA ang inorganisa ng mga grupo para sa tuligsain ang KORAPSYON hinggil sa mga FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS sa iba’t ibang panig ng PILIPINAS. Tahimik at payapa san ang protesta. Pero ito ay nauwi sa rambulan at riot. Sa huli isang buhay ang naging mitsa ng kaguluhan na nangyari.
