Vice President Sara Duterte and Senator Risa Hontiveros on Tuesday had a heated exchange after the latter questioned some of the programs of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) which she said are similar with the existing programs of other line agencies of the government. VP Sara accused the lawmaker of “politicizing the budget of the government.”
