The Commission on Elections (Comelec) proclaimed the winning 12 senators at Manila Hotel Tent City on Saturday (May 17), five days after midterm elections and the earliest in the poll body’s history. Of all the senators-elect, only 11 were able to attend as Kiko Pangilinan is currently with his family in the United States for his daughter’s graduation program.
