On The Scene: Vice President Sara Duterte called on Filipinos to be “forgiving, giving, and loving” this Christmas season. But for her part, the vice president said, “Lagi ko pong sinasabi na depende po ‘yan sa tao pero dahil ako as vice president, kailangan kong sabihin sa inyo na ‘yan po ang mensahe at diwa ng Pasko. Pero po ako hindi po talaga ako magpapatawad.” Duterte made that statement in a speech at a gift-giving activity of the Office of the Vice President in Lagawe, Ifugao on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
