Former Congressman Elizaldy Co has revealed in a video post that President Marcos himself ordered the insertion of at least ₱100 billion worth of projects in the 2025 General Appropriations Act. Co added that Speaker Martin Romualdez asked him to “stay out of the country” as he would be well taken care of as instructed by President Marcos. In a five-minute video released by his office, Co also alleged that he was going to be used as a “scapegoat” against corruption and a “poster boy for their lies.”
